SHIPPING
Spirit Horse Herbals ships through the USPS from Colorado, either First Class mail for single-item purchases, or Priority Mail for multiple- item purchases.
Spirit Horse Herbal products are hand- and heart-crafted in very small batches to ensure product quality, freshness, and integrity. Most products will ship within 1 to 2 business days unless otherwise stated.
REFUNDS
If any Spirit Horse Herbals product arrives damaged or unusable due to shipping, we will issue a replacement upon the customer’s request. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Please contact us via email for further instructions.
Satisfaction guaranteed: If you are unsatisfied with any Spirit Horse Herbals order, let us know and we’ll refund your money—no questions asked! Well, we might ask because we care about our products and your experience with them (but you’ll get your refund regardless)! Just contact Spirit Horse Herbals for your Return Merchandise Authorization number and return the product within 30 days. Once we receive the returned product, we’ll issue your refund.
